Big News from A Little Hello Co.: We’re Opening Our First Brick-and-Mortar Shop!

Friends, it’s happening. A Little Hello Co. is officially putting down roots in the heart of Downtown Clermont! On September 1st, we get the keys to our very first brick-and-mortar store, in a cute little marketplace, and I could not be more excited to share this next chapter with you.

We’ve been through a lot together: farmers markets, online orders, pop-up events, and now we’ll finally have a permanent space where we can create, connect, and surround ourselves with all things artful.

Setting the Scene

Our new store will be inside the Downtown Exchange building, and we’ll be renovating two booth spaces to create a cozy retail shop on one side and my painting and production studio on the other.

The entire space will be bright, beautiful, white, and clean — the perfect blank canvas for your favorite floral watercolor artwork, stationery, stickers, and gifts. And you’ll be able to see exactly where the magic happens. From hand-painted watercolor patterns to the design, printing, and finishing of our stationery, you’ll get a peek behind the curtain at how everything comes to life. It’s part boutique, part working studio.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A watercolor art supply corner for beginners and seasoned dabblers alike
  • A curated collection of gifts that are just as fun to give as they are to keep
  • Greeting cards and stationery for every sentiment and celebration
  • Art prints and originals that bring a touch of watercolor charm into your home
  • Brand-new watercolor classes hosted right in the shop, and larger spaces in town, so we can paint together!

The Part No One Talks About

While I’m busy dreaming up the perfect layout and choosing paint colors, I’m also knee-deep in the less Instagram-worthy parts of opening a store. Business insurance, POS systems, inventory management, scheduling; all the behind-the-scenes details that no one really talks about but are just as important as the aesthetics.

Spoiler: it’s a lot. But every checklist item gets us one step closer to opening the doors, and that makes it all worth it.

What’s Next

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be painting, unpacking, and transforming the space into a little creative haven. I’ll be sharing the process on Instagram, so if you love a good “before and after,” come follow along. There will be sneak peeks, inevitable paint-in-hair moments, and maybe even a few decisions crowdsourced from you.

Opening day details are coming soon, but for now, I’m just so grateful — grateful for your support, for the community we’re building, and for the chance to turn this little dream into something real.

Here’s to new beginnings, fresh paint, and a shop full of beautiful things. I can’t wait to welcome you in and show you where the magic happens.
