Custom Art & Monograms

Commissioned art and custom monograms are hand painted on archival paper, making them a treasured keepsake for your special event. The original artwork is digitized and provided to you in a variety of formats for any personal project, like wedding invitations, birth announcements, signs, stationery, and more. After digitizing, the original art is signed and numbered (if more than one piece), and presented to you in acid-free sleeves. Custom framing is also available for an additional fee. Creating your custom art and monogram is truly a collaborative process between the two of us. We talk through everything–colors, fonts, styles, likes, how the art will be used, how you want it to make you feel, how you want others to feel when they see it.

Custom Watercolor Monograms

Custom watercolor monograms are a creative collaboration between the two of us. During our initial consultation, we’ll talk colors; monogram shapes, styles, and fonts; crests, wreaths, or borders; if there will be any watercolor florals or illustrations that should appear on, in, or around your monogram; and of course, your budget and timeline. Watercolor monograms start at $175, and typically range between $175 – $475, depending on the complexity.

Included with your custom watercolor monogram is a sketch page with two revisions so you can approve the design before painting begins, the original watercolor monogram on archival paper (framing is also available for an additional fee), digital files for your personal projects, and support should any of your vendors (printers, wedding planner, etc.) have questions or need additional information about the files.

Custom Watercolor Art for Your Invitations

Custom watercolor art for your wedding invitations, birth announcements, and other events, begins with a fun collaboration and brainstorming session. Prices vary greatly, but as an example, a custom rose or peony painting for a wedding invitation suite can range between $350 and $1200, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of pieces.

Included with your custom watercolor art is a sketch page with two revisions so you can approve the design before painting begins; the signed, original watercolor(s) on archival paper (framing is also available for an additional fee); digital files for your personal projects; and support should any of your vendors (printers, wedding planner, etc.) have questions or need additional information about the files.

While I don’t offer invitation design or printing at this time, I’m excited to partner with any designer or vendor you’ve chosen to work with to ensure the art they receive meets their high standards, and yours.
