Explore the soft, atmospheric colors of the season in our Watercolor Workshop: Autumn Landscape, featuring a peaceful winding stream framed by colorful trees and a misty woodland background.

This beginner-friendly workshop introduces techniques for creating atmospheric depth, blending soft washes, layering distant and foreground trees, and using warm and cool colors together to create a sense of space. Simple brushstrokes and more defined details in the foreground will help bring the landscape together without overworking the painting.

Paint along with me step by step as we build the scene from the soft background washes forward, allowing watercolor to blend and move naturally along the way. You’ll leave with techniques for creating depth, painting reflections and water, building loose landscapes in layers, and balancing soft backgrounds with more defined foreground elements in future paintings.

If cancelling more than 14 days before class, a full refund will be provided. If cancelling 14 days or less before class, a store credit will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class or no-shows will not receive a credit or refund.
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
