Create a little holiday magic with handmade watercolor greetings in our Watercolor Workshop: Christmas Cards, featuring a loose evergreen tree illuminated with glowing lights against a soft, colorful winter background.

This beginner-friendly workshop introduces techniques for creating atmospheric watercolor washes, painting expressive evergreen branches, layering greens and blues, and using white space to suggest twinkling holiday lights. You’ll also explore simple splatter techniques and ways to balance loose watercolor shapes with more defined details for a festive composition.

Paint along with me step by step as we develop the background, layer the tree’s branches, and add glowing lights and playful finishing touches. You’ll leave with techniques for painting evergreen trees, blending atmospheric backgrounds, creating the illusion of light, and using these skills to design your own watercolor greeting cards and seasonal illustrations.

*A Note About Your Watercolor Supplies: If you received a 12-color watercolor set in a previous class, please bring it with you, as these sets are provided only once per student. Mini watercolor sets will be available if you forget yours. A new brush is included, regardless.

Because class sizes are limited and supplies and space are reserved and paid for in advance, all workshop registrations are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers to other classes will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to a friend or family member. Please notify us in advance so we can update the registration.

In the rare event that A Little Hello Co. must cancel a workshop due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
