Winter Wonderland Watercolor Workshop: Gingerbread Village
Celebrate the season with a cozy, creative evening of watercolor painting and crafting. In this workshop, we’ll create a gingerbread village streetscape inspired by a winter wonderland, painting warm gingerbread-colored houses and adding snowy white details and whimsical doodles using paint markers. During class, we’ll cover basic watercolor techniques to create beautiful blooms and washes, as well as pen techniques for snowy doodles.
Then, we’ll make it 3-D and 360-degree by attaching your painting to a small turntable, with finishing touches like fluffy snow drifts and twinkle lights.
No experience is needed — this class is all about slowing down, enjoying the process, and exploring your creativity in a supportive, relaxing environment.
